His expertise bridges market design and technical architecture, ensuring that trading systems are commercially aligned, auditable, scalable, and operationally resilient.

As CTO for Enerweb’s Electricity Trading & Market Platforms, Kobus provides strategic direction and delivery oversight across solution architecture, advanced Oracle data modelling, optimisation frameworks, settlement automation, and cloud-based deployments. He is recognised for translating complex regulatory and market requirements into robust, high-performance trading and ETRM solutions that enable utilities and market participants to operate efficiently and competitively.
