The Transmission Meter Data Management System (MDMS) collects, disseminates and stores meter profile data.

It provides Eskom with a view of its customer’s configurations and interval data. The MDMS also implements business rules and provides data quality reporting and management, process scheduling, and mapping management capabilities.
