The Business Performance Management System (BPMS) was a comprehensive enterprise-wide BI consulting engagement to review KPIs and statistical reporting done by Electricidade de Mozambique (EDM), and implement a centralised data aggregation, consolidation and reporting platform using the Microsoft BI stack.

This system would then be the centre of performance measurement and management in the organisation. The assignment also included business process analysis and re-engineering, data modelling, ETL development, and data science. The project included creating a data science training programme for EDM employees.
