This project consisted of consulting, gap analysis, and requirements analysis across multiple government and non-government stakeholders, developing functional specifications, and design and implementation of a web-based system in support of the Department of Energy's (DOE) National Energy Balance and international reporting obligations.

It included everything from data collection business processes and data collection templates, to reporting and access control.

Once requisite data is received and approved, the system automates the energy balance and other reports required for energy reporting, both locally and internationally.
