At Enerweb we believe work is the most important expression of individuality, and the environment we strive to create should allow this expression. The 'whole person' comes to work every day with talents and abilities beyond the traditional workplace contributions. All are therefore encouraged to bring other talents to the office, as they are able to add meaning, value and enjoyment not only to their own lives, but also to their peers.

A 'zero door' policy is in place with all managers, project leaders, administration clerks, etc. being accommodated in an open-plan environment. There are simply no offices, as these walls are believed to inhibit communication and the free flow of ideas.
