Rob's work experience includes co-founder of Enerweb in 1999 and Management of Metering Data Management and Load Research function in Eskom. He started and managed DSM in Eskom, Time-of-Use Tariff design (reactive energy component) and implementation. He has over 20 years experience in the electricity industry.

Shane's work experience includes managing the metering data acquisition system (MV90) for Large Power Users at regional level in Eskom, providing national support and operation functions for Meter Data Management and Data Acquisition systems in Enerweb and project management of Data Management and Trading System development projects. He currently manages the Metering Data Management Division in Enerweb and is also responsible for Finance and Operations.

Hema has over 10 years experience in the electricity industry. While employed by Eskom Distribution, she managed the Metering Data Acquisition system (MV90) for Large Power Users at regional level. She currently manages the Application and Infrastructure Support areas of the business. Her other responsibilities include Human Resources, Commercial, Contracts, Legal and Employee Well-Being.
